Cleaveware Co.,Ltd ( hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), with the origins of the company name “Cleave” derived from carving out it’s future, has a corporate philosophy of performing business operations regarding design, development, and operation of original computer information systems.
With respect to the protection of private information of customers in business dealings, business partner’s employees, and our employees, by establishing and maintaining a “private information system” developed on the basis of the policy that all persons engaged in business dealings with the company ( with indifference to employment contract type ) have a principle of private information protection based in full recognition and awareness, the company states here the incorporation of more trust in enterprise from our customers and business partners and company wide elevation to the extent possible.

What is private information?
Personal information about an individual, their name, birthday, phone number, email address, and any other information ( personal numbers, symbols, pictures, etc. assigned to them ) that can more easily help identify a person. The email history, fax history, internet history, etc. for a customer or business partner is also included.
Purpose for obtaining private information
- When obtaining private information directly, it is to clarify the purpose of use and obtain written consent from the person.
- When obtaining private information through a third party, subcontracting will be limited to the third-party.

Regarding the procedure for the disclosure of private information
With regards to private information entrusted to us from others for the following purposes, in accordance with the provisions of the Private Information Protection Act and JIS standards (JISQ15001:2017), if applicable to private information subject to disclosure, when notice of the purpose of use of the private information, display, content revision, additions and deletions, suspension of use, erasure and suspension of provision to third parties ( hereinafter referred to as “disclosure” ) is demanded, the company will respond appropriately in accordance with the provisions of the law.
